A big question that comes up for me with this is:

"What about families? What about children?"

It might not be that far a stretch. So maybe some of the units are big enough for two people. Or rather, maybe or Mom and Dad have to lease next-door units. How awful would that really be?

And if they need to lease a little kiddie-pod across the path when the Little Wonderful starts to walk and wants her own room? Is that really so terrible?

Once I have kids I'll be able to comment more intelligently about this, but for now I'll have to rely on you today-parents to help me make sense of this. And please do.

Sheesh! Of course. The embarrassing thing is that I even knew about Eye-Fi cards already. I should have assumed that they'd have figured this out by now.

Let me guess: With Picasa/Flickr I can make an account members-only, visible to only such-and-such people?

Indeed. It just doesn't seem that ridiculously exotic, but doesn't quite exist yet. It could have something to do with banking rules, and how you can't have investments that PRETEND to be bank accounts, like with debit cards and stuff. It could be something like, but of course I'm just guessing.
