Two or three months later, my best meta-answer to my questions above is something like this:

“I simply don’t comprehend what kind of genius James Cameron is.”
“It is *I* who doesn’t get it! I’m the dumb one!”

As humbling an answer as that is, at least it makes some sense.

This is why I don’t go see “popcorn” movies in theatres anymore. The plot should be supported by the magic, not the other way around. The George Lucasification of blockbusters won’t get me to open my stingy wallet.

Well, for your information, our Junior prom was pretty good, but our Senior prom was above a bowling ally. Nice. You didn’t miss much. I was having trouble finding a date for the event…and nearly asked your brother.

Still, we are NOT old. I just gave birth, not exactly the activity of a crone. If I am not old, and we are the same age, then you are not old.

Not old, but maybe oldish. Seriously, Craig you were in Kindergarten in 1980, not a senior in high school headed to a Prom based on Bette Midler’s song, The Rose.

By the way, what was the theme at your senior prom…do you remember?

A lot of ppl where I work have these, but I’m not a big fan because they wander all the way to my desk while talking on the phone and I’d rather they stay tethered!
