What if you could send/reply-to an email with a voice message? That would sure be handy in some situations, I think. What if semi-literate (ie “most”) customers could do that for you?

Ah Craig, the re-emergence of the epistolary realm has fostered great hope in my heart. In a world where newspapers have been dying for the past 30 years, the development of ideas being spread via a written media set my heart a pitter patter. Now, you offer a loophole, a technological bridge over the river of literary communication.
